2012
We were born designing surprises
For almost ten years we ran more than a hundred private events a year: weddings, surprise birthday parties, hen parties and many other celebrations. On a day that never repeats itself, there is no second take. That is where we learned to listen, to solve things fast and to leave nothing to chance.

In our second year
TMN wanted to surprise its best clients
And came to us: our first corporate client. Over time we brought them ideas nobody in Portugal had seen yet: a dinner suspended in mid-air, dinners in caves 75 metres underground and magical molecular gastronomy meals. It taught us something we never forgot: companies really want to be surprised.

The years that followed
Companies filled up the calendar
We went back to the caves many times, and the calendar filled up with Christmas dinners, retreats and conferences. Every event asked for more than the last, and we took on each new challenge to surprise. Along the way we created the Escape Dinner concept and made our Oscar Nights unforgettable.

We did not stop when the world did
Knowing how much companies needed us to keep their teams healthy and united, we rolled up our sleeves, delivered creative remote team building in record time and created memories people still talk to us about.

We chose companies
We closed the door on private events to give companies all of our time. We brought with us what more than ten years of events and surprises taught us: behind every company there are people, like you and me, and they are the ones who have to leave smiling.

The team, and the network behind it
At the centre is our team, who know every client by name and follow the event from the first call to the final debrief. Around it, a network of professionals and suppliers who have worked with us for years, event after event.
We review every partner after every event and revisit the list often. That is how, year after year, we keep only the best.
