Questions we always get

Do you work with companies from outside Portugal?

Regularly. Teams fly in for a retreat, a kick off or a conference, and we handle everything on the ground: venue, accommodation, transfers, food, programme and the crew. You deal with us in English; we deal with the suppliers in Portuguese.

What exactly do you do?

Meetings, kick offs and congresses. Corporate retreats. Team building and icebreakers. Office surprises. Dinners and celebrations. Launches and openings. Brand activations. Hybrid and online events. Event staff, entertainment, audiovisual, film and photography, event technology, decoration and catering. Some clients take one piece; others hand us the whole thing.

How far ahead should we get in touch?

As early as you can. For anything large or logistically complicated, several months. Booking early is what secures the good venues and the good suppliers, and it is what buys us the time to get the details right.

What happens when something goes wrong on the day?

Something always does. The work happens before: meticulous planning and a risk list, so that on the day there is as little left to chance as possible. And our team is on site to fix what comes up, usually before the client notices there was anything to fix.
